The service
Omniguru provides customer-account, loyalty, wishlist, referral, returns, review and notification features for Shopify stores. You use it under these terms and Shopify’s own terms for apps.
Your responsibilities
You decide what to switch on, what your policies say and what messages go to your customers. You are responsible for the accuracy of those settings and for complying with the laws that apply to your store, including consent for marketing messages. Courier and messaging accounts you connect are yours and governed by those providers.
Fees
Plans are priced by monthly order volume and billed through Shopify on your regular invoice. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades from the next cycle. The Free plan needs no payment.
Availability and liability
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Omniguru is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
Ending
Uninstall the app from Shopify at any time; your data is removed as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend the service for misuse or non-payment with notice where practical.
